1°) In the 1° Floor :  Studio of 25 m2 being able to accomodate three persons, with Terrace of 11m2, seen on the Bay of Ajaccio.

Available activities near :

-Tennis in 100 m

-Swimming pools were deprived of the place of residence, were not watched in 200 and 500 m.

- Riding school in 1400 m - Services- businesses- Doctor's practice-  pharmacies- automatic bank : on 1600m

-Beach, nautical activities, boat bun towards Ajaccio, cinémas, restaurants : 1800m, golf in 5 km

The rent begins Saturday at 13 o'clock and ends Saturday at 10 o'clock.

Two other adjoining studios being able to accomodate on the whole six persons or separately.

2°) - A studio 2 persons : 15 m2

-Stay with footpath (banquette) reads

- Room of shower with WC

- Corner (place) cooks

-Terrace of 11 M2 (sight on the bay of Ajaccio)

-3°)  A Studio 4 persons : 25 M2

-Stay with footpath (banquette) double bed + two sleepoings around 1 person

- Room of bath and separate WC

- Kitchen area

-Terrace of 16 M2 (sight on the bay)

Studios contain two accesses among which the one by the privative small garden common to two apartments.
